I had a pretty disappointing stay at Bahia Principe Fantasia Punta Cana. The choice of restaurants was decent, and the staff were mostly polite, but the overall experience didn’t live up to the 5-star standards advertised. The cleanliness and service were lacking, and there were several maintenance issues in my room.
